Job Description

The Role Noë & Associates is expanding our Innovation Department to New York. We are seeking a technical and organized Producer to partner with our London team in managing complex projects spanning Virtual Production, Digital Twins, CGI Animation, and multimedia software development.

You will act as the bridge between creative vision and technical execution. If you have a proven ability to deliver multi-stakeholder creative technology projects on time and on budget, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Innovation Projects: Manage the day-to-day planning and execution of cutting-edge projects from concept to completion, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Technical Workflow Coordination: Support production workflows involving real-time rendering (Unreal Engine), 3D modeling, and AI Content Production.
  • Proposal & Scope Management: Utilize strong writing skills to assist in articulating complex scopes, drafting proposals, and creating documentation for client stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate daily communication between designers, developers, and engineers while acting as the primary liaison for external vendors and animation studios.
  • Project Controls: Maintain detailed project plans, track risks, and manage budgets using tools like Excel, Wrike, and Jira.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: 5–7 years in project management with a focus on technical or creative technology projects.
  • Technical Fluency: Familiarity with Game Engines (Unreal) and 3D Software (e.g., Max, Maya, Blender) is highly desirable.
  • Organization: Exceptional organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and tight deadlines simultaneously.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical constraints into clear client updates.

Details:

  • Location: New York, NY (Hybrid).
  • Compensation: $120k–$135k USD (depending on experience).
