Product Support Analyst, Junior
Key Role:
Support defense acquisition and sustainment commands with life cycle logistics planning and execution. Apply basic principles, theories, and concepts and limited industry knowledge. Solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity and refer more complex issues to higher levels. Work under direct supervision.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Word, Access, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of coordinating, planning, tracking, and scheduling in Microsoft Excel
Ability to respond quickly to evolving customer requirements and produce positive results
Ability to effectively coordinate across multiple external teams and departments to achieve common goals
Ability to effectively work within a team environment, including remote team members
Ability to learn quickly and perform in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with DoD product support policies
Knowledge of Naval systems
Knowledge of system sustainment, product support, or configuration management
Secret clearance
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $43,700.00 to $89,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
