What You'll Be Doing Perform home repairs, installations, remodels and upgrades (drywall, tile, carpentry, basic plumbing/electrical). Support remodeling and home modification projects for aging-in-place clients. Coordinate with estimator or owner to quote and scope projects. Qualifications 7+ years of professional, skilled experience in general home repairs, carpentry, plumbing, drywall, and electrical work (preferred). Comfortable interacting with clients and working independently. Dependable, punctual, and efficient with time management.
