Role: eConsult Project Manager

Location: Redwood City, CA

Duration: 6+ months (possible extension)

Description/Scope of Work: The Project Manager will manage and collaborate with a cross-functional project team to integrate Stanford's eConsult platform with the Client. The role includes facilitating regular project meetings, providing clear and timely project status updates , and ensuring deliverables align with quality standards and stakeholder expectations .

Business Need: This project integrates Stanford's eConsult platform with the Client to enable secure, electronic specialty consultations .

• Client providers will submit clinical questions to Stanford specialists and receive timely guidance .
• The platform leverages Stanford's proprietary license to the ArtistaMD system .
• Ensures all communications and recommendations are documented in both organizations' Epic/County EMR App .
• Supports improved care coordination, faster diagnostic support, and cross-institutional collaboration .

• Key Duties:
• Develop the Project Charter .
• Create and maintain a detailed Project Plan using Smartsheet project management tool .
• Actively manage the RAID log ( Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Decisions ).
• Gather and document requirements and perform gap analysis as needed.

• Requirements:
• 5–7 years of project management experience , preferably in healthcare or public sector environments .
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills .
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders .
• Experience with eConsult platforms (ArtistaMD preferred) .

• Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of Epic systems ( certification not required ).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience .

• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• 5–7 years of Project Management experience .
• Working knowledge of EHR systems ( Epic preferred ).
• Proficiency with Smartsheet for project planning and tracking.
