Seeking experienced Epic Training Manager for an Epic EHR build for facilities operated by NCDHHS DSOHF. Successful candidates must be able to perform in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIRED/DESIRED SKILLS

1. Epic Training Manager experience: Required 5 Years
2. Completion of EpicCare Inpatient Fundamentals and/or EpicCare Ambulatory Fundamentals classes: Required
3. EHR/Health IT training experience: Required 6 Years
4. Epic Training Environment Build experience: Required 3 Years
5. Capacity to manage multiple competing objectives and to clearly communicate results: Required
6. Ability to lead others and to communicate the importance of training to all stakeholders: Required
7. Experience with project management: Required 7 Years
8. Strong organizational and coordination skills; ability to sequence activities logically: Required
9. Ability to develop and adhere to time schedules in order to meet project deadlines: Required
10. Interpersonal skills to function well in administrative, management, and patient care environments: Required
11. Ability to work effectively with staff that have a wide range of seniority: Required
12. Knowledge of and the ability to use PC-based word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software to create teaching and learning materials: Required 7 Years
13. Excellent knowledge of English grammar and spelling for use in both verbal and written communication: Required
14. Existing knowledge of state government culture, personnel, and processes: Highly desired 6 Years
