*Project Plumber – Journeyman Licensed*

$35.00 – $50.00 per hour (DOE)
Full-Time | In-Person
*Position Summary*
We’re looking for an experienced Project Plumber with a valid Journeyman’s license to join our install and construction team. This role is responsible for managing plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring installations meet quality, code, and schedule standards. You’ll oversee jobsite plumbing operations, collaborate with other trades, and deliver top-quality service to residential and commercial clients.
*Key Responsibilities – Project Plumber*
* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for residential and commercial projects
* Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plans to ensure accurate installations
* Lead and oversee plumbing work on assigned projects; coordinate with other trades for efficient workflow
* Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, standards, and safety regulations
* Order, track, and manage materials in collaboration with office and warehouse staff
* Maintain accurate documentation and communicate project updates to management
* Provide mentorship and guidance to apprentices and less experienced plumbers
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
* Assist with system start-up and commissioning as needed
*Qualifications – Project Plumber*
* Current Colorado Journeyman Plumber License (required)
* 4+ years of plumbing experience on residential and commercial projects
* Strong understanding of plumbing codes, systems, and installation best practices
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to guide and manage a small crew as needed
*Physical Requirements*
* Lift and carry up to 50+ lbs regularly
* Work in tight or elevated spaces
* Perform climbing, squatting, kneeling, and other physical tasks throughout the day
* Willingness to work in various weather conditions
