Overview Quality Assurance Manager (Project Management) Sierra7, Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the design, implementation, and oversight of the quality management framework for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veteran Experience Services (VES) Eligibility and Enrollment 2.0 program initiative. This position is primarily remote with occasional travel to the DC/VA/MD area for program meetings or conferences. Responsibilities Develop and maintain the quality management strategy, framework, and standards for the E&E 2.0 program. Oversee test planning, test execution, and defect management across multiple development and integration teams. Establish and track quality metrics, KPIs, and acceptance criteria for program deliverables. Ensure compliance with VA standards, federal regulations, and security requirements throughout the release lifecycle. Conduct quality audits, reviews, and assessments of deliverables, documentation, and processes. Collaborate with product owners, developers, release managers, and business stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded into requirements and design phases. Provide support for test automation strategies, tools, and CI/CD quality gates. Facilitate defect triage meetings and drive resolution of quality-related issues. Deliver reports and provide briefings on quality status, risks, and improvement opportunities. Support continuous improvement across the program and provide recommendations for enhancements to QA processes, tools, and governance. Performs other duties as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sierra7 in
