Showing Agent Opportunity We are looking for a licensed and motivated Showing Agent to support a productive real estate team while building your own long-term foundation. A real estate license is required or must be in progress. As a Showing Agent, you will assist with property tours, support buyer activity, and gain practical experience through real transactions. Responsibilities: • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Real estate sales • Lead generation • Lead follow-up • Close appointments • Set appointments • Sales scripts mastery • CRM and database drip campaigns • Ongoing training Qualifications: • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Professional in attitude and appearance • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $70,000 - $175,000 at plan
