Showing Agent Opportunity We are looking for a licensed and motivated Showing Agent to support a productive real estate team while building your own long-term foundation. This opportunity offers rewarding commissions, direct exposure to active buyers, and the chance to learn from experienced professionals in a collaborative environment. A real estate license is required or must be in progress. As a Showing Agent, you will assist with property tours, support buyer activity, and gain practical experience through real transactions. You will also benefit from proven systems, ongoing training, and the structure that helps new agents grow with confidence while learning to move toward becoming a producing Buyer’s Agent. Responsibilities: • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Real estate sales • Lead generation • Lead follow-up • Close appointments • Set appointments • Sales scripts mastery • CRM and database drip campaigns • Ongoing training Qualifications: • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Professional in attitude and appearance • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $70,000 - $175,000 at plan
