Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years’ experience in a high-volume restaurant leadership role 

  • An open, curious mind with a desire to deliver a tailored guest experience with a hospitality every time mindset  

  • Ability to provide leadership and direction contributing to the success of the hotel through engaging, developing, and mentoring individuals and the restaurant teams 

  • Willingness to learn and accommodate changes in the industry 

  • Strong ability to analyze data, product inventory, and control of costs  

  • A get-it-done approach and an entrepreneurial spirit 

  • Professional, yet comfortable with candid and open to and acting upon feedback – all with the guest and employee experience top of mind 

  • Exceptional communication skills with a keen eye for detail 

  • Highly responsive and collaborative, a team player who approaches work without ego
