Position

The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, while effectively building customer intimacy and leading cross-functional collaboration to support profitable and sustainable business growth. This role plays a critical part in strengthening customer relationships, improving commercial performance, and ensuring alignment with BorgWarner’s global standards and business objectives.
The successful candidate actively manages key customer interfaces, supports pricing and profitability initiatives, and contributes to new business activities—particularly in the areas of Electrification and Power Electronics. The role requires continuous monitoring of commercial performance, execution of sales strategies, and disciplined management of internal processes to enhance transparency, efficiency, and revenue growth across the organization.
