Title: Supply Chain Salesforce Business Analyst

Duration: 6 months

Location: Remote

We are seeking a contract Salesforce Specialist to partner with our Supply Chain leadership team to design, build, and support an efficient intake, workflow, and customer support process using Salesforce Service Cloud (and related tools). While we 9ve begun to 20ticketize 21 shared inboxes using Salesforce, we need a dedicated expert who can both translate our business needs into Salesforce solutions and advise on what 9s possible within the platform.

This role bridges the gap between supply chain operations and technical execution. The ideal candidate brings Salesforce configuration experience, particularly in workflow design and reporting, along with helpdesk management expertise. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and collaborate with our IT team, but will own the functional roadmap and execution for supply chain support processes in Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supply chain leaders to develop a Salesforce-driven intake, workflow, and customer support process
• Translate supply chain needs into Salesforce configuration and reporting
• Leverage Salesforce to enhance helpdesk functionality (currently used to 20ticketize 21 shared inboxes)
• Help define and implement best practices for helpdesk setup and customer support processes

Required Qualifications

• Salesforce expertise:
• Admin or Business Analyst experience
• Strong configuration skills (not heavy development)
• Understanding of Salesforce routing rules and ticketing workflows
• Functional experience:
• Experience managing a helpdesk or support function
• Background in supply chain operations
• Healthcare experience not required 20 focus is on customer support
