The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and customizing Salesforce applications for wealth management, insurance, and sales distribution use cases. This role requires strong technical expertise, business acumen, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions that drive advisor productivity and client engagement. Key Responsibilities Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and OmniStudio. Implement FSC features to support client onboarding, policy servicing, advisor workflows, and distribution enablement. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and data connectors. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities within Agile development cycles. Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications, ensuring performance, security, and compliance. Document technical designs, configurations, and development processes. Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant enhancements.
