Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and minimum 1+ years Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A healthcare opportunity is available for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide dedicated 1:1 nursing support to two middle school students in Rochester, NH. This contract role spans the academic year with an additional four weeks during the summer (July 7 - July 28), offering consistent, structured hours in a supportive educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized nursing care to two assigned middle school students during school hours.
• Collaborate with educational staff to ensure students health needs are met in accordance with care plans.
• Monitor and document students health status and respond promptly to medical needs.
• Support students participation in school activities by managing health-related interventions.
• Assist in coordinating munication between healthcare providers, families, and school personnel.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and valid LPN or LVN license.
• Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school or educational settings.
• Ability to work closely with children requiring specialized health support.
• Strong munication skills and professionalism in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Reliable and mitted to maintaining consistent coverage throughout the school year and summer term.

Location: Rochester, NH
Schedule: School Year: Monday through Friday, 8:15 AM to 3:45 PM
Summer: Monday through Thursday, 4 hours daily (hours TBD) from July 7 to July 28
