Senior Salesforce (SFDC) Business Analyst Job Description We are looking for Saleforce.com BAs to be part of our fast growing project implementation team. Candidates are required to have strong enterprise business application background, specifically in CRM space. Please review the job details and, if interested, send your updated resume to hr@akidev.com Qualifications & Key Skills Partner with the user community, including executives, to identify their business requirements, analyze business processes, analyze source data, produce functional specifications, data flows and business rules, and assist with the implementation of those specifications 4+ years SFDC experience Requirement gathering, configurations, workflows, documentation, analysis, custom reporting, operational support. Develop, document and perform system, integration, and user acceptance tests Be able to set direction of the projects and solution concepts Lead meetings with executives and internal clients, drive discussions and recommendations. Rollout of Apttus CPQ to our Cloud and Address Doctor subscription business units Drive the periodic release cycles and work with business stakeholders to prioritize bugs and enhancements Demonstrated experience working with Agile Methodology Provide project management support for IT initiatives and manage project timelines. Excellent customer service skills with a demonstrated record of exceeding customer expectations Salesforce.com certification is required and Apttus certification preferred Excellent communication skills.
