Job Description
Position Overview: We are looking for a talented Senior ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in ServiceNow development and implementation. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and hold certifications in Certified Application Developer (CAD) and any of CSM, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, or CMDB implementation. This role requires a U.S. citizen with a minimum of active Secret Clearance Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions.
Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, including HRSD, ITAM (SAM, HAM), and CMDB.
Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Perform system maintenance, user administration, and configuration management.
Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Provide training, documentation, and support for ServiceNow applications. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience.
Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
one or more among HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, or CMDB Implementation certifications.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant scripting languages.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
U.S. citizenship is required.
A minimum of an active Secret clearance is required.
