Deliver exceptional plumbing service, repairs, and installations with skill and efficiency
Diagnose plumbing issues, explain solutions clearly, and educate customers on preventative maintenance
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services that benefit the customer
Ensure safety, compliance, and professionalism on every job site
Accurately document work performed using company systems (including photos and job details)
2+ years of Residential Service plumbing experience
Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Customer-first mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Willingness to learn new plumbing techniques, products, and technologies
Sales-oriented approach, with the ability to recommend valuable solutions to customers
