ServiceNow Developer Location: Remote - supporting federal agency operations Make an Impact Where It Matters Most Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support a federal client in enhancing and maintaining ServiceNow platform capabilities across multiple mission areas. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that improve service delivery, operational visibility, and security posture for federal operations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and optimize workflows within a secure and scalable environment. What You'll Do As a ServiceNow Developer, you will: * Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business and technical requirements. * Develop solutions across one or more of the following modules: ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, and SAM. * Implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems to streamline workflows. * Support the deployment and optimization of Now Assist features to enable AI-driven automation and insights. * Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues to maintain high availability and performance. * Collaborate with system administrators, analysts, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with mission needs. * Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and processes.
