We'r e seeking a ServiceNow Developer to configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow (SNOW) instances and business processes for our government custome r . RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform configuration, development, support, and maintenance of ServiceNow instances and business processes * Design and develop custom scope applications and core ServiceNow applications * Gather requirements, analyze workflows, and deliver optimized solutions on the ServiceNow platform * Contribute to architecture discussions and document code for secure application deployments * Modify out-of-the-box platform applications to deliver rapid solutions * Develop application fields, forms, views, roles, and access controls * Integrate ServiceNow's API with third-party technologies * Design and develop process and solution integrations, workflows, configurations, and reporting REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or related field; OR ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) Certification * 7+ years of progressive experience in Enterprise IT operations (e.g., networking, storage, server management, systems administration, software development, cybersecurity, or architecture) * 3+ years of direct, hands-on development experience with the ServiceNow platform * ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) Certification * Experience with ServiceNow Madrid release or newer * Proficiency in designing custom scope applications and core ServiceNow applications * Ability to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and deliver platform solutions * Experience with application fields, forms, views, roles, access controls, and API integrations * Familiarity with JavaScript, XML, and JSON * Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences * Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance with eligibility for a polygraph PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience with ServiceNow Romeo release or newer * Advanced ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) * Knowledge of Agile software development practices * ITILv4 Intermediate certification or strong background in application/service delivery * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint * Active Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph
