The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex, multi-platform campaigns for major brands, with a particular focus on engaging the U.S. Hispanic market. This role requires a balance of strategic vision, client leadership, and hands-on expertise to deliver measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of social media and influencer strategies that drive brand engagement and growth.
- Guide cross-functional teams in translating insights, trends, and audience behaviors into actionable campaigns.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team while fostering collaboration across cross-functional disciplines.
- Serve as a trusted client partner, presenting strategies, results, and new opportunities to senior stakeholders.
- Monitor emerging platforms and trends to ensure clients stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of agency experience in social media and influencer marketing.
- Deep knowledge of social platforms, algorithms, and content best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in the U.S. Hispanic market and ability to develop culturally relevant strategies.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills; ability to sell new business and manage client politics.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and large-scale client initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and results-driven recommendations.
