Vaco Atlanta has partnered with a rapidly growing, people-focused organization to hire a Senior Benefits Analyst . In this role, you'll lead data-driven projects supporting benefits compliance, reporting, and strategy. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career within a high-visibility team that works closely with Payroll, Finance, and IT.
 
Role: Sr. Benefits Analyst
Location: Duluth, GA
Onsite: 100% onsite
Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 annually
Job type: Permanent, direct hire
 
What You’ll Do:

• Build executive dashboards, analyze benefits trends, and manage expense tracking
• Perform 401K audits, 1095/1094 reconciliations, ACA compliance, and annual filings
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy across multiple systems
• Participate in system testing and open enrollment configurations

• 3–6 years Benefits experience (Analyst-level experience required)
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables); strong analytical mindset
• Experience with Dayforce, Benefit Solver, or Cognos a plus
• Ability to handle large datasets and explain findings clearly

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
