Urban Nirvana Salon Columbia is looking to add a stylist assistant to our team. During your time as an assistant, you will be able to work closely with a seasoned stylist to learn everything you didn't learn in school! This is a great opportunity to gain new skills and bridge the gap between school and being out of the floor on your own.

Job Details:

• Here at Urban Nirvana, we have a Stylist Associate program that helps prepare you to successfully start taking clients.
• The program allows you to learn from our experienced stylists and garner needed experience before joining our team of stylists.
• At the end of your journey learning as an assistant, you will transition to a Stylist Associate where you will have the opportunity to work behind the chair for 3 months while still making an hourly wage. 
• This will give you the time to finish honing your skills and start creating a loyal clientele before being fully commission!
