We are currently seeking high-performing college student(s) interested in general business operations to participate in Novacore's 2026 Summer Internship Program. All internship opportunities are paid and offer mentorship, peer interaction, project work, executive visibility, volunteer opportunities, and networking events. The Operations team is crucial in supporting processes and project implementations. The operations internship provides a unique opportunity with exposure to all aspects of the insurance business.
Our internship program runs mid-May through the early/mid-August, and is considered a hybrid work situation with 3 days required onsite and 2 days work from home.
