About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surgical Technician to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will assist surgeons, anesthesiologists, and registered nurses in all aspects of surgical procedures to ensure a safe, efficient, and sterile operating environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms by setting up surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies.
• Assist the surgical team during procedures by passing instruments and maintaining a sterile field.
• Ensure proper sterilization and handling of instruments before and after surgeries.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of surgical supplies.
• Assist with patient preparation and transport to and from the operating room.
• Adhere to all infection control, safety, and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Certification: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of [1 2] years of experience in a surgical or hospital setting preferred
