A financial customer of ours is seeking a Technical Program Manager with strong experience in PDLC/SDLC, JIRA, and change management to lead strategic initiatives and deliver scalable solutions. This role blends program management with agile transformation, focusing on process improvements, tooling best practices, and managing project intake and quarterly planning.
Compensation: $40/hr. to $55/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education
