Talent4Health is seeking a travel Certified Surgical Technologist for a travel job in Laurium, Michigan.
Job Description & Requirements Shift Requirements: 4-10r days. Variable start times, but normally 0700-1730. May have earlier start time of 0630, or potentially later of 0800 or 0900 dependent on cases.
Float Requirements: N/A
On Call/Call-Back: 1-2x per week from end of shift to 0700 the next day. every 4th weekend for call
Weekend/Holiday: every 4th weekend for call– Friday, Saturday and Sun through 0700 on Monday. No holiday shifts, but holiday call is required.
Required Certifications: BLS, CST license required
Required Education: Knowledge of surgical standards and practices normally acquired through graduation from a surgical technologist program or related field and/or three or more years of related experience in the operating room.
Graduate of a certified surgical technologist program required.
Minimum Experience: 2+ years’ experience. Strong ortho and C- section required. MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN STERILE PROCESSING
Charting/Equipment: NA - facility uses epic charting. Equipment: Standard surgical supplies and instruments.
Shift - 6:30am to 5pm
