Opportunity:
\nPharmacist - Pharmacist Inpatient
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work Monday through Friday with schedule options of five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts
\n• Perform order verifications and checking of items, orals and IVs in the central pharmacy
\n• Must have experience with Meditech EHR system, specifically Expanse version
\n• Expected to work some holidays
\n• Keep requests for time off to a minimum, preferably no time off requests in first two weeks of assignment
\n• Any time off requests must be approved and documented prior to start of assignment
\n• No block scheduling greater than three or four shifts allowed
\n• Must complete lab work within 24 hours after signing
\n• Facility only accepts Qgold drug screening
\n• Negative 13 panel drug screen within 30 days required
\n• Local candidates within 45-mile radius not accepted
