• Driver Positions Pay Weekly
\n \n
• Solo Miles Pay: $0.55 for per Mile with 2500 - 3000 Miles per Week
\n \n
• Solo Stops Pay: $19.05 per Stop with 3 - 7 Stops per Week
\n \n
• Nights out: 3 - 4 Times Per Week
\n \n
• Safety Bonus: Pays You $500 Four Times A Year, Every Quarter
\n \n
• Sign On Bonus: Pays you $1500 at 30 days and $1500 at 90 days
\n \n
• Paid Training

• Schedule: Sunday - Friday

• Deliver SOLO To: MI, WI, KS, PA, NJ, NY (No NYC), SC, NC, OH, FL, In, KY, TN and GA

• Tractor Type: Sleeper

• Trailer Type: 53' Dry Van, Curtainside

• Freight: Touch – Molding and Building Products

• Load Securement - Strap and bungee down

• Cannot accept auto restriction

Trucks are 36 months or newer, include 24/7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide.

Requirements

\n \n\n

• Minimum 21 years of age
\n \n
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
\n \n
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
\n \n
• Pass a DOT physical
\n \n
• Pass a Ryder road test
\n \n
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
\n \n
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
\n \n
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
\n \n
• 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
\n \n
• 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
\n \n
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
\n \n
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
\n \n\n

Responsibilities

\n \n\n

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
\n \n
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards Maintaining accurate records and logs
\n \n
• Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
\n \n
• Performs other duties as assigned
\n \n\n
