Schedule: Temporary Assignment | November 9 - December 27
Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Overnight)
Employment Type: Temporary | Full-Time Hours

SNI Companies is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team as Package Handlers for a seasonal assignment in Dulles, VA .

In this fast-paced and safety-focused environment, you'll play a key role in the movement and organization of packages - unloading trailers, sorting by zip code, and loading trucks for delivery. Teamwork, attention to detail, and reliability are essential to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Unload incoming trailers and sort packages accurately by destination

• Load outgoing trucks efficiently and securely

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals

• Handle packages carefully to prevent damage

Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout the shift

• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly

• Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures (hot or cold)

• Must adhere to dress code and safety requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Dress Code:

• Plain shirt or T-shirt

• Dark jeans

• Closed-toed shoes (work boots recommended)

• Gloves suggested for comfort and safety
