About the Role:
We are hiring a  Senior Machine Learning Engineer  to join a company that is reshaping the future of search and digital advertising. As part of the team, you will work on  machine learning models  for  ads relevance ,  NLP  for query understanding, and optimizing ad delivery at scale.

What You'll Do:

• Develop  ads relevance models and  ranking algorithms for search ads optimization.
• Implement  NLP technologies for query understanding, including  semantic matching and  bidword optimization .
• Work on enhancing  CTR/CVR model accuracy through data analysis and feature engineering.
• Optimize  ads pacing algorithms and control traffic for improved ad performance.
• Collaborate with product teams to define ad features and strategies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in  Machine Learning ,  Search Ads , or related fields.
• Expertise in  NLP ,  Deep Learning ,  Ranking systems , or  Recommendation systems .
• Experience with  search ads technologies , including  ad relevance models and  monetization products .
• Proficiency in  Python ,  C++ , or  Go .
• BS or  MS in  Computer Science ,  Engineering , or related fields.
