Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking dedicated Assemblers, Machine Operators and Material Handlers to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Assembly, Machine Operator & Material Handler

Location: Turtle Lake, WI

Pay Range: $15 - $20.40/hr

Shift: 1st (5:30a-3:30p, Mon-THur), 2nd (3p-11p, Mon-Fri), AM (7a-7p, 2-2-3 rotating schedule) or PM (7p-7a, 2-2-3 rotating schedule)

What's the Job?

• Assemble components accurately and efficiently according to specifications
• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance
• Perform quality checks on finished products to maintain high standards
• Move products using pallet jacks and sometimes forklifts
• Ensure departments have materials they need for production

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
