We are seeking an EHS Supervisor with experience in ISO 14001, air and water permitting , and a background in manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of EHS experience and be passionate about driving safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in a dynamic production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, including ISO 14001 and permitting requirements.
• Develop, implement, and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Conduct audits, risk assessments, and compliance investigations.
• Partner with corporate EHS and plant leadership to implement risk management and improvement strategies.
• Lead training initiatives, maintain accurate records, and support employee development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of EHS experience (manufacturing preferred).
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and regulatory permitting (air/water).
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
