We are looking for a skilled Epic Analyst to join our team in Charleston, South Carolina. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting healthcare systems through expert analysis, configuration, and development. Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement client-side scripting solutions to enhance system functionality and user experience.
• Manage system configuration processes, maintaining optimal performance and adhering to best practices.
• Design and support API integrations to enable seamless data exchange between systems.
• Provide technical expertise in Salesforce development, including customization and optimization.
• Analyze system workflows and propose improvements to streamline operations.
• Conduct testing and validation of system changes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Deliver training and support for end-users to maximize system adoption and efficiency.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous functionality.
• Prepare detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and development activities.• Proven experience in client-side scripting within healthcare or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of creating and managing business requirement documents.
• Hands-on expertise in configuration management and system optimization.
• Proficiency in API development and integration.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce development and customization.
• Ability to analyze and improve system workflows effectively.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
