Opportunity: Veterans, bring your discipline and commitment to our window cleaning team! Learn a new trade while enjoying the beautiful tropical coast. No prior experience needed; we’ll provide comprehensive training. This role involves residential and multilevel window cleaning, pressure cleaning, and customer service. Increase in pay based on performance and responsibility.

Requirements:
Previous management experience required (minimum 3 years preferred).
Proven experience supervising staff and managing daily operations.
Leadership and team management experience strongly preferred.
Attitude: Outgoing, positive, and quality-focused.
Commitment: Long-term employment preferred.
Transportation: Reliable with a valid driver’s license.
Drug Test: Must pass (we are a drug-free workplace).
Pay & Benefits:
$25-$28/hr with regular performance-based increases.
Schedule: No nights or major holidays; occasional weekend hours during busy seasons.
