Our client is a well-funded, early-stage startup solving one of the most critical challenges in the AI industry: ensuring AI applications are safe, reliable, and ready for production. They are building a platform that provides best-in-class tools for evaluation, testing, and continuous improvement of AI models.

Founded in 2024, the company is already working with leading AI labs like OpenAI and Anthropic , as well as other major enterprises. Their team is composed of top talent from companies like Datadog, Citadel, and McKinsey, and they are backed by founders and executives from tech powerhouses such as Google , Stripe , and Databricks .

Our client is seeking a talented Full-Stack Software Engineer to build their AI reliability platform. In this role, you will have a direct impact on how AI is tested, verified, and deployed across the industry. You'll own the end-to-end development of new features, from designing user-facing workflows to creating reusable frontend components and visualizations for complex concepts.

You will also have the unique opportunity to:

• Collaborate directly with the research team on safe AI tooling.
• Interface with customers to design intuitive workflows and guide them in evaluation methodologies.

We are looking for a pragmatic and outcomes-focused problem solver with a passion for building beautiful and intuitive user experiences.

Must-Haves:

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally with a focus on full-stack development - ideally at Senior/Tech Lead level.
• Deep knowledge of TypeScript and React .
• Proficiency in a backend language such as Python , Go , or Rust .
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases like Postgres , MongoDB , or Redis .
• A generalist mindset and a willingness to wear many hats in an early-stage startup environment.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in product design or as a product manager .
• Experience building LLM-based applications (e.g., chatbots, agents).
• Experience with Kubernetes .
• A strong GitHub presence.

• Salary: $150,000–$325,000
• Equity: Competitive
