Responsibilities Offer outstanding customer support to our VIP German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Anticipate client needs and respond with personalized solutions to enhance their experience. Maintain meticulous records of client interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with other teams to swiftly address and resolve inquiries or issues. Engage in ongoing training to remain updated on product offerings and service standards. Requirements Fluency in German is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Proven experience in VIP customer service or a similar role is preferred. Strong dedication to providing exemplary customer service and client satisfaction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships. The ability to remain professional and composed in high-pressure situations. Strong problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail. A proactive approach in understanding client needs and delivering tailored support.
