Integration Quality Assurance Specialist (x3 Openings) Remote/San Francisco

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking Integration Quality Assurance Specialists for an exciting 4-month contract opportunity. Join a team dedicated to delivering high-quality user experiences by ensuring the functionality and compliance of software integrations through detailed review and evaluation.

Location: Remote / San Francisco, CA

Pay: $115/hour

Schedule: Standard business hours

Duration: 4 months

Start Date: July 8, 2025

End Date: November 5, 2025

What Youll Do:

• Manually review and evaluate MCP server submissions for quality, accuracy, and standards compliance
• Assess server functionality, documentation completeness, and alignment with protocol criteria
• Conduct hands-on testing to ensure servers operate as described and offer value to users
• Communicate submission status and clear improvement feedback to server providers
• Manage support inquiries and guide providers through the review process
• Maintain detailed records and document all review outcomes for quality control
• Escalate nuanced or edge-case issues to internal leads for resolution
• Identify and suggest improvements to review workflows based on hands-on experience

What Were Looking For:

• 2+ years in QA, content review, or technical evaluation roles
• Strong ability to interpret and assess technical documentation and software behavior
• Keen attention to detail and ability to uphold quality standards under high volume
• Excellent written communication skills for delivering constructive provider feedback
• Ability to work independently while adhering to established criteria and timelines
• Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced settings with shifting priorities
• Familiarity with APIs, developer tools, or software integrations (preferred)
