Legal Assistant – Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team Join our friendly litigation team in a flexible part‑time role where your organisational skills and attention to detail will make a real impact. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Assistant to support our busy and collaborative litigation team. The role is part‑time, 20–30 hours per week, worked across Tuesday to Friday. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and secretarial tasks that are key to the smooth running of our client work. Key responsibilities: General administration and support Communication with clients, courts, and other external stakeholders Co‑ordination of team activities including Professional Development, Meetings and social events Onboarding clients and AML compliance Monthly billing About you You will bring a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to the role. We’re looking for someone reliable, organised, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You will have a strong administrative background, be tech‑savvy, and demonstrate the ability to learn new systems and software quickly. The role requires someone who can prioritise effectively and perform well under pressure, while maintaining accuracy and a high standard of work at all times. To be successful, you will have: At least 2–3 years’ experience in a legal support or administrative role, or currently in the final years of a law degree Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong MS Office and document management system skills A proactive, can‑do approach and the ability to anticipate needs A high level of discretion and respect for confidentiality At Jackson Russell, you’ll be part of a team that values collaboration, wellbeing, and professional development.
