Licensed Plumber

Purpose:
The role of a Licensed Plumber is to independently oversee the installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of plumbing systems-including water, gas, and drainage-ensuring all work aligns with relevant codes and project specifications. This position also involves guiding apprentice plumbers on-site with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise plumbing projects, manage crews, and mentor apprentices

• Perform installation, troubleshooting, and upkeep of plumbing systems in compliance with code requirements

• Recognize and resolve safety concerns related to plumbing installations

• Interpret blueprints and project documents; follow instructions from supervisors or contractors

• Complete necessary quality control documentation

• Exercise sound judgment and make on-site decisions without affecting work quality or schedule

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years hands-on plumbing experience

• Active residential or journeyman plumbing license issued by a recognized State Board

• Current and valid driver's license

• High level of precision and attention to detail

• Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills

• Must successfully complete a DOT physical and pass a drug screening
