Job Description

Our client, a leader in healthcare technology, is seeking a Medical Device Repair Technician to join their team. As a Medical Device Repair Technician, you will be part of the Service Center team supporting various functional groups. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Medical Device Repair Technician

Location: Oakdale, MN

Pay Range: $20 per hour on W-2
Duration 12 month contract 

What's the Job?

• Diagnose and repair Healthcare electronic devices at the Service Center.
• Troubleshoot, clean, and repair customer devices to ensure optimal performance.
• Generate and process service repair documentation to maintain repair traceability.
• Create repair estimates including costs of service parts and labor.
• Maintain local service parts inventories in collaboration with the Materials Control team.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Training from a two-year technical school or relevant job experience preferred.
• Experience operating common tools and test equipment for electronic repairs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various functional groups within the organization.
