Travel Pipe Welder Position with Per Diem Pay: $50/hr Per Diem: $140 Work located in Newport News, VA
Job Description
Five years of commercial/naval experience as a first-class Pipe Welder. Perform multi-pass, all-position fillet, and butt welds using the SMAW process. Fuse inserts and weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and copper-nickel pipe using the SMAW and GTAW processes. Mirror weld using SMAW and GTAW processes. Work in physically demanding environments, including shipboard settings, sub-assemblies, and staging areas.
