Qualifications Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Experience in customer service or a similar role is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is a plus. Motivated and eager to develop professionally.
