Power Plant Mechanic
Williams, CA | $25–$35/hour | 1-Week Project (First Week of November)

About the Role:
Key Staffing is hiring experienced Power Plant Mechanics for a shutdown project taking place in Williams, California during the first week of November . This is a one-week assignment requiring mechanically skilled professionals who are comfortable working long shifts and performing hands-on maintenance and repair work in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical maintenance, repairs, and inspections on industrial equipment.
• Work safely in confined spaces and around pressurized or high-temperature systems.
• Assemble, disassemble, and replace mechanical parts during plant shutdown.
• Operate tools and heavy equipment necessary for maintenance and repair work.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with the team to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Power Plant Mechanic, Industrial Mechanic, or Maintenance Technician.
• Valid Confined Space Certification (Required).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 6–7 days during the project week.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to Williams, CA for the duration of the project.

Compensation:

• $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience.
• Per diem provided to assist with travel and lodging expenses.
