About the Role:

As a Production Assistant at Balloon & Paper, you’ll be hands-on with the prep, delivery, and setup of custom event decor. You’ll work in the warehouse and on-site to support our team with installations, breakdowns, and keeping everything organized and event-ready. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and don’t mind physical work this is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prep event materials (cleaning, organizing, etc)
• Assist with on-site setups and takedowns
• Clean and organize warehouse and vehicles
• Follow instructions and safety guidelines
• Communicate clearly with team leads and peers
• Work quickly without sacrificing quality
• Lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs regularly

Requirements:
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Must be available weekends, evenings and on call
• Able to lift and carry heavy items (50lbs)
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Attention to detail and can take constructive criticism
• Must be punctual, presentable, and bring your own meals
