Brighter Strides ABA is expanding, and we’re excited to welcome a motivated Recruiter to our team! We are seeking a detail-oriented, energetic professional who can help us attract and hire top talent to support our ABA services across one of our states.

💼 Job Description — Recruiter

As a Recruiter at Brighter Strides ABA, you will play a key role in building strong, high-quality teams. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for clinical and administrative positions.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to offer letter.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure an excellent experience.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements.
• Use various platforms (job boards, social media, internal systems) to attract qualified applicants.
• Track recruitment progress and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Coordinate interviews, reference checks, onboarding steps, and follow-ups.
• Support HR initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

• Previous recruiting experience preferred (healthcare or ABA field is a plus).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computers and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is helpful.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work full time on-site in Lakewood, NJ.
