Girikon is looking at hiring Salesforce Business Analyst with the following job description:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions.
• Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
• Effectively communicate insights & plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful documents.
• Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories.
• Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents.
• Perform user acceptance testing.
• Prioritize initiatives based on the business needs and requirements.
• Closely work with business teams across multi locations.
• Work on different projects including Integrations, Acquisitions, Migrations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of business analysis experience on Salesforce.
• Experience on various Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community, CPQ).
• Experience defining strategy, developing requirements, and implement practical business solutions.
• Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Bachelors Degree with good GPA in Computer Science or equivalent field.
