\nAre you an experienced OR Nurse looking to take the next step in your leadership career? We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Operating Room Nurse Manager to lead a high-performing Surgical Services team. \nAs the OR Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day clinical operations. across the Operating Room and Central Sterile Processing (CSP) departments. You’ll lead a dedicated team of clinical professionals, drive performance and quality initiatives, and collaborate with surgical, anesthesia, and maternity leaders to ensure seamless patient care. Clinical specialties include: General Surgery, Urology, GYN/GYN Oncology, Reconstructive Surgery, Breast Cancer Surgeries, Da Vinci Robotics, and Complex Cancer Care.

\n Key Responsibilities: \n

\n\t
• Oversee OR and CSP daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and resource management
\n\t
• Supervise approximately 30 perioperative staff and 6–7 CSP employees
\n\t
• Direct reports include 2 Clinical Unit Coordinators and 1 Inventory Coordinator
\n\t
• Conduct staff evaluations, ensure regulatory readiness, and foster a culture of safety and accountability
\n\t
• Partner with the Interim Chair of Surgery, Anesthesia, and PACU/Maternity teams on cross-departmental initiatives
\n\t
• Focus areas include improving first-case start times and OR turnaround times
\n\t
• Participate in monthly nurse leadership meetings and organization-wide performance initiatives
\n\t
• Join a supportive group of nursing leaders who value collaboration and shared success
\n

\n Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift\n\n

\n\t

• Systemwide on-call rotation (remote, every 6–7 weeks after onboarding)
\n

\n Compensation: $110,000 – $145,000/yr (Depending on Experience)\n\n

\n\t

\n Qualifications \n\n

\n\t
• RN licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
\n\t
• BSN required; MSN and/or CNOR certification preferred
\n\t
• Minimum of 3 years OR nursing experience
\n\t
• At least 1 year of OR leadership/supervisory experience required
\n\t
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary teams
\n\t
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
\n\t
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards for surgical services
\n
