Join our exceptional team as a Utilization Review Nurse at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center. This full-time position offers an engaging work environment with 8-hour day shifts.

As a Utilization Review Nurse, you will conduct prospective, retrospective, and concurrent reviews vital to our LA ministries. Your role will involve daily clinical reviews and medical record assessments during patient admissions for all payers as mandated by health plans.
This position requires a robust clinical background, paired with a deep understanding of Utilization Management, medical necessity, and patient status determination. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, managing a diverse caseload while demonstrating excellent negotiation, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

The salary range is between $56.44 and $87.63, with additional compensation opportunities, such as shift differentials and bonuses.
