Job Description

Our client, a leader in advanced vehicle operations, is looking for a VH6 Associate to join their Mission Readiness team at test sites in the Miami area. In this role, you’ll help ensure vehicles are ready on time for scheduled tests and service operations, supporting daily upkeep, software bring-ups, and site organization.

Job Title: VH6 Associate
Location: Miami, FL
Pay Rate: $29/hr
Available shift and schedules:

• 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
• Schedules: Sun - Thurs / Tues - Sat / Weds - Sun
• Shift and schedule during training will vary.
  

• Execute mission prep procedures, which include, but are not limited to launching software across several devices per vehicle, verifying SW and HW configurations, deploying SW as appropriate, capturing requested data, and escalating issues as they arise.
• Ensure vehicles, equipment, and workspaces are clean, organized, and ready.
• Support vehicle readiness tasks like cleaning, charging, software/hardware checks, and documentation.
• Assist with spare parts inventory and logistics.
• Help the team during incident responses and vehicle recovery.
• Provide hands-on technical support and general testing assistance when needed.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of work experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a “get it done” attitude
• Pass background check, MVR check, and drug screen

Preferred:

• Technical trade school certificate or Associate Degree in automotive repair
• ​​​​​​​Experience with Jira/Confluence and MS Office/Google Suites
• Experience in fast-paced work environments
