This role is ideal for couples who are reliable, friendly, and enjoy hands-on work in a campground and marina setting.Commitment: Minimum 6 months (flexible start date)Hours: 2540 hours/weekThis role offers opportunities for long-term growthpast work campers have been promoted to General Manager positions within our organization.DutiesMarina & Maintenance:Assist with marina and boat storage operationsPerform basic maintenance and repairs on facilities and groundsMaintain cleanliness and overall appeal of campground and marinaSupport daily operationsFront Desk & Customer Service:Welcome guests and manage check-ins/outsHandle reservations, store register and inventoryAnswer questions in person and over the phoneProvide information on amenities, activities, and local attractions Compensation & Perks$12/hourFree full-hookup RV site (30/50 amp)Free campground Wi-Fi and bathhouse use20% Employee Discount on all camp store inventoryWork in a scenic waterfront setting with opportunities to enjoy boating and fishing RequirementsOwn your own RV or travel trailerPass a background checkFriendly, reliable, and team-orientedWilling to help with miscellaneous campground tasksOne partner: marina/boat and maintenance experienceOne partner: front desk/customer service experience Equal Opportunity EmployerOAR Management LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
