Overview ZAP is on the hunt for a creative do-it-all Assistant Graphic Designer & Marketing Sidekick who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, dive into design, and keep projects moving from brainstorm to finished product. This full-time role is perfect for someone who loves flexing their design muscles (socials print), has an eye for detail when it comes to production, and is curious enough to dig into marketing trends to spark new ideas. You’ll also be responsible for loading and scheduling social media content, so being organized, deadline-driven, and detail-obsessed is a must. All while working remotely, with plenty of flexibility, as part of a women-led agency that’s growing fast. What You’ll Do: Design : Create branded graphics for social media and print collateral like flyers, signage, and event materials — always aligned with client brand guidelines. Production : Source vendors, manage the proofing process, run quality checks, and ensure polished delivery every time. Social Media Loading : Keep client content organized and scheduled across platforms, with precision and consistency. Marketing Research : Explore industry trends, tools, and fresh approaches to inspire creative work. Qualifications 1–3 years of design experience (agency experience preferred, but not required). Hands-on skills with Adobe Express and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). A solid grasp of layout, typography, and visual storytelling. Comfort juggling multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities. An organized, detail-focused personality — you thrive on checklists and catch the little things that matter. The initiative to figure things out and keep projects moving (with plenty of support when you need it). Why ZAP At ZAP, we’re not about cookie-cutter marketing. We’re bold, creative, and always looking for smarter ways to stand out. Here, you’ll: Work fully remote with flexibility built in. See your designs live in the wild — from digital feeds to billboards and beyond. Be part of a women-led agency where ideas move fast and every voice matters. Grow with us — this role has room to evolve as we scale. How to Apply Send your resume cover letter to talent@zap.group telling us why you’re the right fit. ONLY APPLICANTS WHO SUBMIT THEIR CREDENTIALS VIA EMAIL WILL BE CONSIDERED. Be sure to include examples of your creative work (links, portfolio, or PDFs) and explain your proficiency in the design tools listed above. #J-18808-Ljbffr The ZAP Group
